CREIT is an acronym for Community Real Estate Investment Trust. Founded in 2003, CREIT Ventures, Inc. (CREIT Realty & Mortgage) is now one of the fastest growing and respected independent brokerage in Northern California . Being an independent brokerage is an important part of our company philosophy. Instead of being managed by a franchise corporation with their national rules and regulations, our power is all local.
